We offer a 30-day exchange and return policy for regular priced products purchased from the store. Products must be unused and in saleable condition. Saleable condition also means that the product's packaging, if any, is in good condition and clean, and that the price tag and size markings are intact.
The exchange and return policy does not apply to custom-made products, rhinestones, lingerie/costumes, tights, second-quality products, outlet products, CDs or DVDs.

The customer is responsible for the return costs outside Finland. If there is an error with the product, we will refund the return costs. Just send us a copy of the shipping costs receipt when returning faulty or damaged products.

You can return your order within 30 days. The 30-day right to return products is measured from the moment when you receive the purchased products.
Returned products must be in flawless condition, unused and new. The sales packaging of returned products must also be in flawless condition and undamaged. All product tags, including price tags, that have been originally attached to the product should be kept attached to the product. The product packaging (e.g., a shoe box) must also be intact. Please contact our customer service as soon as possible if the delivered parcel and / or products appear damaged or faulty in any way (including damaged sales packaging).
All returned products are examined and Dance Makers retains the right to decline product returns that do not meet the terms and conditions.

We do not process product exchanges, so you will need to return the item and place a new order through our online store.
Yes, you can also return the product to the store. Please bring your order number or other information with you so that our sales staff can find the correct order in the system. However, if the order was paid online, we are not able to process the refund right away. We will refund the order within a couple business days.
You can cancel your order if it is not delivered yet. Please contact our customer service and let us know your order number.
The processing time for refunds is up to 14 days from the time the returned items are received and verified to be in proper condition. The processing time may vary slightly depending on your payment method and provider, but we strive to process refunds as quickly as possible.
If you haven’t received the refund within 14 days, please contact our customer service and we’ll look into the matter.
Refunds are processed using the same payment method you used for the original order. For example, if you paid by credit card, the refund will be credited back to that card through the original payment provider. If you used Klarna, the refund will be handled through Klarna according to their terms.
